Terms & Conditions
By submitting this webform, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions in entirety.
You are permitting McVey Non-Slip Solutions, LLC (MNSS) to use your name when contacting the person you are referring.
You are confirming that the person you are referring has told you that they agree to meet with McVey Non-Slip Solutions, LLC (MNSS) and that MNSS may reach out to them to schedule a meeting.
Referral bonuses are paid at a flat rate of $295 per new commercial client that meets all of the conditions listed in these Terms & Conditions.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit, and no limit to the number of referral bonuses you can earn.
Payment will be made in the form of a check to the person submitting this form.
Payment will be made to the person submitting this form once MNSS receives payment from client. If the client does not pay, no referral bonus will be paid. Referral bonuses will be paid within 10 business days of MNSS receiving cleared payment from the client.
Referral bonus is paid one-time only on the initial purchase for a new commercial client. Subsequent purchases from the same client are not eligible for referral bonuses.
Referrals are good for a period of one year from the date they are confirmed by MNSS as accepted. If the referred client does not purchase within that period of one year, no referral bonus will be paid.
Purchases from residential clients are not eligible for referral bonuses.
Cumulative totals of referral bonuses exceeding $600 in a single calendar require a 1099 form to be issued to the person submitting this form.
In the event that more than one person refers the same client, only the referral received first will be counted. Subsequent referrals for the same client will be rejected and confirmation sent to the person submitting the form that the client is already in the referral system. Referral submissions are time and date-stamped and this will be used to determine which referral was received first.
